Thank you for shopping with us! We’re a small, independent brand based in New Zealand, and we’re proud to deliver quality garments straight to your door across New Zealand and Australia.
Please read our shipping policy below to know what to expect when placing your order.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
• New Zealand
• Australia
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these two countries.
Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched from Waihi, NZ.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: During busy periods (e.g., sales, new drops, or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
New Zealand (Urban & Rural)
• Standard Shipping: $6.00 NZD
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (urban), 2–5 business days (rural)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 NZD
Australia
• Standard Shipping: $15.00 NZD
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
• Free Shipping: Orders over $150 NZD
Important: Shipping to remote or regional areas in Australia may take a few extra days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear once your parcel has been scanned by the courier.
Additional Shipping Notes
• Incorrect addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address details.
• Missed deliveries: If a delivery is missed and returned to us, we can resend it – however, re-shipping fees may apply.
• Lost or damaged parcels: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with a resolution.
Local Pickup
At this stage, we do not offer local pickup from Waihi – but it’s something we’re considering in the future.
Duties & Taxes (Australia Only)
All orders are shipped from New Zealand. For Australian customers, most small parcels under AUD $1,000 should not incur customs duties or import taxes. However, you are responsible for any additional charges that may apply upon delivery.
